“Personal Information” means personally identifiable Data about an identified or identifiable individual, such as names and addresses that you submit in connection with the COKE NORTHEAST’s services. “Processing” or “Processes” are operations involving Personal Information.
COKE NORTHEAST only collects, obtains access to, Processes and uses Data as necessary for and/or relevant to its proper business purposes of COKE NORTHEAST as well as complying with laws, regulations, professional standards, contract terms, court orders, administrative or judicial processes, subpoenas and search warrants (“Purposes”).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, COKE NORTHEAST cannot guarantee the security of Data. When you communicate with COKE NORTHEAST electronically or otherwise submit Data, your communication is not necessarily secure and is subject to all of the risks of communication, including unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors that may compromise the security of Data at any time. COKE NORTHEAST assumes no responsibility for the security of any Data you submit.
While we collect information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve the Purposes and to comply with our legal obligations, we reserve the right to disclose Data to law enforcement agencies, or may be required to disclose it during the discovery process in litigation, pursuant to a court order, or in compliance.
COKE NORTHEAST does not intend to collect any Personal Information from children. If we discover that Personal Information of a child under the age of 13 has been submitted without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, we will immediately delete such Personal Information.
COKE NORTHEAST may modify or discontinue this Policy at any time, as it deems appropriate, without prior notice or consent, and new versions will become effective immediately. Any changes to this policy will be included on this website so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
